Prevent Summer Break outs and Beat the Heat

A big Hello to you!

So, I'm feeling a little nervous writing a blog after like 03 months at least, and you would never know how much I missed you all and my blog. But guess what? Exams are over!!! And I am back with some quite interesting topic which not even girls but also boys would enjoy because summer is same for both so sit tight, and scroll down spazzies!

Summer is finally here, which I don't frankly like because it makes me more lazy then actually I am :P Summer break outs are the worst of all. But down below we have got some tips to prevent Summer breakouts and beat away heat!

1. Eat Small Meals:

During this lazy summer, try eating food which is healthier and not so heavy to digest. Ripe summer fruits - peaches, plums, melons and pears, are exactly what your skin craves for in the hot season. Citrus fruits are also very cooling.

2. Soak Up Oil

Using toner in the summer is key if your skin is mega oily. Swipe some on in the morning and it will work all day to keep excess oil off your face. It fights pimples, too. You are beautiful, you just have to take care of you!

3. Don't Wait for Summer Break outs:

Like, if you know that summer is approaching, start treating your self to prevent from early break out. Avoid sudden burst by applying a thin layer of benzoyl peroxide spot treatment to your whole face before bed. Don't just get out without applying sun screen and wear glasses. Use a light SPF Moisturizer, Don't over- exfoliate, and pare up your makeup routine!

4. Hydrate Yourself

You know how important it is to stay hydrated all year round. When you’re sweating a lot, either because of exercise or the summer heat, drinking enough water becomes even more important. For a change, a lemon and honey drink can also instantly replenish your body's lost fluids and work as an energizer.  Drink fluids even if you are not yet thirsty. Once you have the feeling of being thirsty means you are already dehydrated.

5. Add Salads to Your Diet:

Consuming leafy lettuce and summer greens, corn on cob and cucumbers, in salads are delicious ways to stay cool. These foods contain a significant amount of water and can actually thin the blood, which has a cooling effect. Onions too are great in the summer, because of their ability to beat the heat and provide relief from summer ailments. So, throw in some washed onion slices onto a sandwich, or in your salad.

6. Light Colors Works Well:

Light colored dresses works well with the sun. The heat is absorbed in the dark clothes so, try wearing bright and light colors to feel more lively and less lazy :P

That's the end! Gals? Have a good Summer Time!
